How do I pay with a Credit/Debit Card?
The Volunteer Gear Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All
prices are in US dollars and are payable in US funds only. Failure to pay in US
funds may result in additional conversion charges depending on currency
exchange. What are my shipping options?
Normal Delivery
- Most orders will be shipped
within 2 business days of when you submitted your order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
For
defective merchandise or shortages please contact 952.456.8372 or customerservice@outloudpromos.com. Print
on demand items (apparel) cannot be returned as they are non-stock items.
What if I have more questions?
If you
have additional questions, a large volume order, need special assistance or
